20-Devil Press' @ 50/35

20-Syncronized Lunges @ 50/35

20-Syncronized Goblet Squats @ 50/35

*Each team will have only 2 DB, the Devil Press will be done with 2 DB and each person must complete 10 reps before moving on with only one person working at a time, the other two movements will be done with one DB per athelte
