CROSSFIT
CrossFit is a functional training program designed to build well rounded and healthy athletes. This is done by combining conditioning, body weight/gymnastics, and weightlifting movements in a fun and engaging way that can be scaled to fit anyone! At Black Iron CrossFit our program is 100% unique to our community so you won’t find our program at any other CrossFit gym around and we take great pride in that. We stick to true traditional CrossFit keeping a close eye on what CrossFit HQ is doing so we stay up to date but keep it simple at the same time. There is no "secret sauce" and we don't claim to have that but because at our core, we stick to true CrossFit methodology we know our program works!
