  1. What is CrossFit?

    • CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness training program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular exercises. It's designed to improve strength, agility, and endurance. All of this is surrounded by a positive community and led by some of the most amazing coaches around!

  2. I'm a beginner. Is CrossFit suitable for me?

    • Absolutely! Our workouts can be scaled to accommodate all fitness levels. We also offer an onboarding course called ELEMENTS to help beginners get started safely and confidently.

  3. What should I expect in my first CrossFit class?

    • Expect a warm-up, skill or strength training, a high-intensity workout of the day (WOD), and a good time. Our coaches will not only guide you every step of the way but make sure you are having fun and staying safe!

  4. Do I need any special equipment or clothing?

    • Wear comfortable workout clothing and supportive shoes. We provide all the necessary equipment for the workouts.

  5. How often should I attend classes?

    • We recommend starting with 2-3 times a week and gradually increasing as your fitness level improves.

  6. Do you offer any introductory specials or packages?

    • Yes, we offer a one-on-one onboarding course called ELEMENTS, in this course you will learn everything you need to know to get started in your first class.

  7. How do I sign up for a class?

    • If you have experience and are ready to go then you can sign up on our website, just click the GETTING STARTED button. 

  8. What's the difference between a regular gym and a CrossFit gym?

    • Number one is the community and environment. Joining a good CrossFit gym is a life-changing experience. You can find equipment anywhere and you can run outside for free... but joining a CrossFit gym takes the guessing game out of your health and fitness journey, all while making your time in the gym fun and productive!

  9. Is CrossFit safe?

    • Safety is our top priority. Our certified coaches ensure that everyone uses the proper form and technique. Like any exercise program, it's essential to listen to your body and communicate with our coaches.

  10. Do you offer any other classes or services?

  • Yes, besides CrossFit, we offer personal training and nutrition coaching.

  • Yes, we love having visitors! Please contact us in advance to arrange a drop-in session.
