Black Iron Kids
Join us for our strength and conditioning program for children ages 4-12. At Black Iron Kids we strive to instill a foundation of accurate movement in our kids, and then encourage them to be the best athletes they can be, whatever level they are at. The class is divided into two age groups for more coach attention, then we begin with a warm-up, focus on one new skill for the day, and finish with a high-energy WOD. We are passionate about demonstrating to our kids that training should be FUN and rewarding!
